Loretta has a passion for coming alongside others. She desires to meet her clients where they are and navigate life’s challenges. Her desire is to help clients find hope, healing, and become more connected with self, loved ones, and God.
Loretta enjoys working with individuals and couples struggling with a variety of issues; anxiety, depression, relationships, grief & loss, spirituality, boundaries. She specializes in trauma and attachment wounds. Loretta values engaging clients beyond one’s thoughts, emotions, and memories to explore how the body holds integral parts of healing and restoration.
Loretta has experience in working with domestic violence, addiction, trauma, abuse, neglect, and abandonment issues. She is trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (level I trained), cognitive techniques and trauma-informed. Loretta views therapy through a psychodynamic, holistic, and person-centered lens.
Loretta is an Arizona native. She attended Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix for an MA in Organizational Management. She received her Masters in Professional Counseling from Phoenix Seminary.
