Hi, I’m Irene. I grew up in a family dedicated to serving others, which instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and a passion for supporting those in need. This commitment to helping others became the foundation of my educational journey. I completed my undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and later earned a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Phoenix.

Life presents us with challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re looking for a gentle nudge in the right direction or more substantial support, I’m here to help you navigate those challenges. Together, we can work toward healing and growth.

With a passion for trauma and addiction counseling, I bring 16 years of experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, sex and love addiction, partner betrayal, intimacy concerns, and much more. I’ve also supported couples, families, and individuals facing domestic violence, narcissistic relationships, personality disorders, complex PTSD, and disordered eating.

You don’t have to face life’s difficulties alone. There is always hope. I’m committed to walking this journey with you, believing that healing is always possible. Let’s take the first step—reach out, and let’s begin this journey together.

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
Winston Churchill
